Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for any pre-built bikes or used bikes sold.

If you need to exchange your order, the fastest and easiest way to do this is to reorder. We will ship your new order immediately. Please refer to the Return Form for the product you do not need and send it in for a full refund.
