CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT DISCLOSURE
We support the goals of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, to prevent human trafficking and slavery. Ethical behavior and compliance with local law are non-negotiable elements of our culture and are expected of every employee. We strive to select and maintain suppliers with the same values.

  • Suppliers: We require that our suppliers meet or exceed local fair labor laws and environmental regulations and prohibits the use of child, forced, or other labor practices that violate local wage, hour, environmental, health, or safety regulations.
  • Supplier Verifications & Audits:We require that our major suppliers disclose hiring and labor practices. We regularly audit our supply chain to ensure compliance.

We will continue our efforts to ensure our products are produced in a manner that helps promote individual workers’ rights and which further helps to eradicate slavery and human trafficking.
