Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A pre-paid return label will be provided for you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once we process the return. Damaged, installed, and used items as well as those without original packaging are not eligible for returns. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for any pre-built bikes or used bikes sold.

Any order over $75 qualifies for free standard shipping excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.
